$8 DAY OF
CHIP MCGUIRE BAND
I was born in Cebu City, Philipines in 1985. I was adopted by an Irish/American family and thus I became a McGuire. I have been doing music as long as I can remember but didn't start trying to write music until around the age of 15 when I picked up a guitar for the first time. Since then I have tried to learn other instruments including the bass, mandolin, piano, and currently trying my hand at a bowed instrument! I perform all of the instruments that you will hear with the exception of the drums (never could get that down) Thank you for listening and supporting music!
THE BLUEBIRD TWO
Songs and story very often go hand in hand. Just as a good book transports its reader to another place, a great song will bring the listener in and make them a part of the picture being painted. For Lindsey and Seth, aka The Bluebird Two, music is the very foundation of their personal love story. After connecting through Seth's solo music projects, the two bluebirds now create folk-like tales with themes on life, love, loss, and the mystery of what's next.
"Musically, I'd think of us as sort of DIY-Folk-Nugrass-Punk-Acoustic Rock...basically whatever the hell we feel like being at the time." says Seth, who plays acoustic guitar and a homemade kickdrum/suitcase. His raspy, raw vocals combine with Lindsey's smooth, silky sweet melodies to create a refreshing balance.
The bluebirds seem to find their niche in the odd, crafted, and organic, and hope that you will raise your voice to join in their song!
Local Atlanta singer/songwriter
Alannah McCready, the new voice in “small town Country with that big city Pop!” Debut tracks produced by award winning Nashville publisher Dan Hodges.
Alannah began singing, appropriately, in cowboy boots and hat. But it wasn’t in Nashville, at the Ryman Auditorium in a Nudie suit. It was north of Minneapolis in the ex-urban flatlands of Blaine, MN where she stood atop the back of a corduroy couch in 1991 as a four year old, in a ninja turtle costume and ice skates and announced the beginning of her singing career.
