$10 IN ADVANCE / $14 DAY OF / $75 VIP TABLES
Porch 40 formed in 2012 at Western Carolina University in Cullowhee, NC. They play a style of highly Progressive Southern Funk Rock that has won over an eclectic audience everywhere they perform. Incorporating elements from R&B, Jazz, and Funk with the best of the Rock, Progressive, Indie and Metal, they cross over genres with ease.
From the famous Bele Chere festival in Asheville, to clubs across the southeast including The House of Blues in New Orleans, The Orange Peel in Asheville, and The Fillmore in Charlotte, the band has a growing and wildly dedicated fan base.
They completed recording of their first album, Spread It Heavy in 2014 at the historic Reflection Sound Studios in Charlotte, North Carolina, with Mark Williams (Southern Culture On The Skids) engineering, Jamie Hoover of the legendary Spongetones producing, and the renowned Dan Millice mastering. They were the last band to record in that historic studio.
Porch 40 is especially known for their extraordinarily intense live shows and high level of musicianship. They have shared the stage and performed with The Doobie Brothers, The Marshall Tucker Band, REO Speedwagon, Leftover Salmon, Lukas Nelson and Promise of the Real, Dirty Dozen Brass Band, and more.
Among the best and most original bands to come out of North Carolina, their insanely tight, engaging and energetic performances make them favorites wherever they go.
Porch 40 is:
Spencer Bradley - Drums, Scott Burr - Vocals/Saxophone, Andrew Duncan -Vocals/Rhythm Guitar, Carter McDevitt -Vocals/Bass and Mitchell Metz - Vocals/Violin.
THE BEGGARS' GUILD
The Beggars' Guild are Atlantaʼs answer to blue-collar music. They play American Rock and Roll in the vein of Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers and Bruce Springsteen. With lyrical stories carried by hooky guitars and an honest voice, The Beggars' Guild draws from familiar influences to write songs that are instantly accessible, yet distinctly memorable.
THREE STAR REVIVAL
Three Star Revival was founded by frontman Ben Gaines and lead guitarist Cameron Moore in 2015. Gaines' gifts as a vocalist and songwriter had already earned him a local following in Knoxville, but things really took off when he met his collaborative partner in Moore. Moore is a veritable guitar prodigy, and a Memphis native who was raised on classic Stax records, and the blues and jazz scene still vibrant in his hometown. After jamming for a few sessions on some more folky and country tunes, Gaines and Moore began to rapidly expand their musical horizons, going electric and incorporating sounds from across the Americana landscape and beyond with forays into funk, soul, r&b, and jazz. Initially playing with a rotating cast of Knoxville musicians, Gaines and Moore solidified their touring lineup with keys player Gregory Walton, bassist Tyler Reddick, and drummer Bo Kitzman. The quintet sprang forth from East Tennessee with an exhilarating live show that always keeps the listener engaged with meaningful lyrics, strong songwriting, and ridiculous improvisational jams from the talented 5 piece group. Three Star Revival is rapidly growing around Tennessee and the Southeast, with a heavy touring schedule and new music on the horizon, this group has only begun to plant its roots in the musical landscape.
